Andrew Marshall is a Senior Research Scientist at the Bureau of Meteorology.
His current works is on subseasonal to interannual variability of the atmosphere-ocean climate system and its role in weather and climate prediction, with particular specialisation in drivers of global weather and climate variability and extremes including:

Andrew is leading Bureau project work on ACCESS-S development, marine and terrestrial heatwaves, and prediction skill in POAMA, and the Vice-President of the Australian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society (AMOS).
