Prof Annica Kronsell
Bio
Annica Kronsell is Professor of Political Science at Lund University in Sweden and she has been teaching in the fields of international politics, peace- and conflict studies, environmental and feminist studies. She conducts research on climate, environmental and sustainability governance in the Scandinavian and European context and is involved as research leader in several interdisciplinary consortia at Lund university relating to the governance of climate and sustainability transitions. Kronsell’s theoretical interest is in state governance related to climate and sustainability transitions, and in feminist institutional theory. Kronsell's engagements extend also internationally, she has spent teaching and research time at Universities in the US, Germany, France and Australia and she is engaged in several research networks including the International Studies Association, ECPRs Green politics and Gender and Politics sections, Earth System Governance. She has served in the different Nordic Research Councils and is board member of the Defense university.
